The Security Council fails to adopt a draft resolution concerning the accession of the State of Palestine to the UN

The Security Council failed Thursday to adopt a draft resolution presented by Algeria, on behalf of the Arab group, recommending to the General Assembly the admission of the State of Palestine as a member to full part of the United nations.
