Grand Duke of Luxembourg congratulates President of the Republic on re-election

The Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg congratulated the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on his re-election for a second term, the Presidency of the Republic said Saturday in a communiqué.
