Special measures for the creation of micro-enterprises / National community

Under the association of Algerians living abroad in the development efforts of the micro-enterprise and entrepreneurship sector in Algeria, and their encouragement to carry out their projects and create their micro-enterprises in Algeria, within the framework of the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship ANADE, the Algerian Embassy in Brussels brings to the attention of the members of the national community established in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the measures taken to facilitate the preliminary administrative procedures related to the creation of micro-enterprises.

These measures are as follows:

• Exemption of young people established abroad wishing to create micro-enterprises within the framework of the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship ANADE (formerly ANSEJ), from the obligation to return to the country to carry out the preliminary administrative procedures related to the creation of micro-enterprises at the level of wilaya agencies;

• Interested parties may appoint a third party by power of attorney established by the Algerian diplomatic and consular centers abroad, accompanied by a copy of the valid consular card of the interested party and a copy of the valid Algerian passport of the principal;

• This measure remains valid throughout the operation of compiling the file and meeting the conditions provided for by law;

• Once the conditions have been met and the file for the creation of a micro-enterprise has been compiled, the person concerned will be invited to appear before the commission for the selection, adoption and financing of ANADE investment projects;

• In the event of a justified impediment to appearing before the commission, the meeting of the latter takes place by videoconference;

• If the project is selected by the commission, the beneficiary / the person concerned must return to the country within the deadlines set by the commission in order to begin the procedures for the implementation of the project;

• Regarding the training session on the mechanisms for creating micro-enterprises, which is one of the required steps, it will be replaced by a session on the mechanisms for managing micro-enterprises, after validation of the project.
