Eid al-Adha: President of the Republic offers best wishes to Algerian people

President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, extended, on the eve of Eid al-Adha, his best wishes to all Algerians, those living at home and abroad, and to the Hajjis, wishing them to perform their rites in the best possible conditions.

"In the name of Allah the Compassionate, the Merciful, may the blessing of Allah be upon our Prophet Mohammad (pbuh).

Dear fellow citizens, as we have witnessed today the spiritual moments of the memorable day of Arafat, tomorrow we will celebrate Eid al-Adha, to perpetuate the tradition of Ibrahim El Khalil, and make it an occasion to spread forgiveness," said the President of the Republic in his speech to the Algerian people.

"On this happy occasion, I extend my best wishes to all Algerian men and women within the country and to our community abroad, as well as to our Hajjis in the Holy Places, wishing them to perform their rites in the best possible conditions," he added.

"I would also like to congratulate the entire Arab-Muslim Nation, especially our brothers in occupied and grieving Palestine, praying to Allah the Almighty to lift the injustice they are suffering, to grant a speedy recovery to the wounded and to surround the martyrs of Palestine with His Holy Mercy," he added.

"Happy Eid, long live Algeria, dignified, sovereign and proud. Glory to our martyrs," concluded the President of the Republic.
